This process involves first using a gravure or flexographic printing screen, rewinding, then installing a wooden tile line to form corrugated cardboard, and finally die-cutting to obtain a color box. When installing pre printed face paper, the issue of pattern alignment should be considered. Usually, a photoelectric tracking control system is installed on the cross cutting knife to achieve precise cutting at the pattern.

Compared to printed cardboard, pre printing can provide more refined products, making printing quality more stable and reliable, and the quality of formed color boxes is also better. From the perspective of production efficiency, the printing method of web paper can achieve uninterrupted paper changing operations, especially suitable for color box products with large quantities and high printing quality requirements.
